A 30 year old Sarnia man has been charged with second degree murder following an altercation with another man on Wednesday.
Police say the were called out to a home on Maxwell St. about 4 pm.
They found two men, one critically injured and the other was also injured.
The 26 year old man in critical condition was taken to hospital in Sarnia, and later transferred to London where he died early the next morning.
30 year old Matthew Gerard Theriault was taken into custody and charged with second degree murder.
Police have not released many details on their first homicide of the year.
