A special fundraiser is being held next month to help support local health care.
Darren Lopes with the Foundation of Chatham-Kent Health Alliance says a scotch tasting will be held at Jazz Bah on King Street in Chatham next month.
We have the brand ambassador for Dewars which is owned by Bacardi coming down to a live tasting, so it’s global brand ambassador doing the four tasting vertical and they’re starting off at a younger age Dewars and working their way up,” says Lopes. “I wanted to raise some money for the health alliance and I currently work with the LCBO,and have seen the increase in scotch sales, so there’s some demand some scotch and some demand for some education behind it, so I figured why not do a tasting and raise some money for a good cause?”
