
Chatham-Kent police are renewing calls for help to locate a suspect on their most wanted list.
The local police service said a warrant has been issued for the arrest of 34-year-old Wesley Mailhot for several charges, including two counts of theft under $5,000, possession of stolen property under $5,000, and trespassing at night.
Police have not released details about his alleged offences.
The accused is also facing multiple charges for failing to comply with release orders, undertakings, and probation, as well as failing to attend court.
Authorities say Mailhot is not considered dangerous, but anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to contact police at 519-435-6600 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
