The search of the St. Clair River will continue this morning for a missing person near the Bluewater Bridge.
About 8am Wednesday, Port Huron Police received a call about a large object going over the side of the bridge.
A statement from police says a man parked his vehicle on the US side of the international crossing and was seen jumping into the river.
Authorities closed the bridge to traffic for about an hour, and an abandoned vehicle with Canadian license plates was found.
Lambton OPP is involved in the search along with U. S. authorities including the Coast Guard.
