The Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation held its second annual Changing Moments, Changing Lives Gala last Friday.
Over $48,000 was raised for the Hospice, which is a 10-bed facility offering end-of-life care and support for families.
The sold-out event featured live and silent auctions.
The Foundation is working on its annual fundraising goal of $850,000 to offset the operating costs which are not covered by government funding.
