Another arrest has been made following the death of a man in Petrolia earlier this spring.

The body of Andrew Chute was found April 14th in a parking lot near the Marthaville Habitat Management Area. Police have described his death as a targeted shooting.

On Tuesday, Lambton OPP arrested 43-year-old James Armstrong of Sarnia and charged him with first degree murder in Chute’s death. Following a court appearance yesterday, the accused has been remanded in custody.

Another Sarnia man was arrested in late April, also charged with first degree murder.

The investigation remains ongoing.
