A second arrest has been made following an ice cream theft in Wallaceburg.
Chatham-Kent Police first noticed two men walking down Lowe Avenue early Tuesday morning, carrying several boxes of ice cream. Authorities say it turns out a local business had been broken into.
One of the men, a 64-year-old, was later arrested and charged with break and enter and police continued to search for the other.
Shortly before 1:30 this morning, the second suspect was found on King Street in Chatham. The 56-year-old has also now been charged with break and enter.
Both will return to court next month.
