It’s likely to be a packed house once again tonight at the Chatham Cultural Centre as municipal officials face questions from the public over the location of a new temporary emergency homeless shelter.
It’s the second of two information sessions about the new site in the former Victoria Park public school on Murray Street.
Neighbours have expressed frustration over the lack of consultation before a decision was made by council on March 21st.
Tonight’s meeting will be held in-person in Studio One and streamed live on the municipality’s Facebook page starting at 6pm.
