A section of one of Chatham-Kent’s biggest shopping outlets has been listed for sale.
Brad-Lea Meadows Ltd. is currently selling 89,161 square feet of Thames-Lea Plaza at 671 Grand Avenue West in Chatham. The section of the plaza for sale, recently renamed Grand Meadows Plaza, includes the retail outlets The Brick, Sephora, Mercato Fresh, Ardene, and Planet Fitness.
The CBRE Southern Ontario Investment Team, a worldwide commercial real estate services and investment company, is handling the sale.
According to the information provided by CBRE, the sale property has 69,911 square feet of occupied space and 19,250 square feet of unoccupied space.
A spokesperson for Brad-Lea Meadows was unavailable to comment on the sale of the property ahead of publication.
