The industrial company recently teamed up with Community Living Wallaceburg Employment Services to find the people they needed to fill a workforce shortage they had.

“Select Finishing has always been open to the concept of an inclusive workforce and the benefits that would bring to their organization,” said Dale Brown, Support Professional on the Employment Services team. “So, when the opportunity to cater to their specific employment needs came up, I knew that we would be able to help by providing good candidates to perform these specific tasks.”

“This partnership has been so rewarding,” said Tracey Jardine, Office Manager at Select Finishing.  “Our new employees are so happy to come to work and we’re so impressed with how productive they are.  This partnership has been a win-win for everyone involved.”
