½ cup tahini (seasame seed paste)
2 tablespoons olive oil (or more to taste)
¼ cup water
Juice of 1 lemon
2 garlic cloves, crushed in a garlic press
½ cup walnuts
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup sesame seed, toasted
1.) In a blender, combine all the ingredients except sesame seed until smooth and milky while in color. Refrigerate.
2.) Garnish with sesame seed. Serve with crackers or as a vegetable dip.
