Chatham-Kent Police are investigating a number of break-ins around the municipality.
Authorities say someone forced their way into a home under construction in Blenheim sometime late Tuesday night or early Wednesday, causing about $2000 in damage. The culprits got away with several power tools and light fixtures.
Meantime, the investigation continues after someone broke into a building near the Walter Hawkins Municipal Pool in Chatham. Police say in that case, an iPad and various electronics were stolen.
And police are looking for suspects after a McKinley Road home under construction in Howard Township was broken into earlier this week. Police say an air exchange unit worth about $2000 was taken.
