A broasted chicken dinner is being held at the Branch 18 Legion in Wallaceburg tonight to support Julie Rice as she awaits a double-lung transplant.

The 5K to Pave the Way hits the streets of Dresden.

And the Lambton-Kent Archers are hosting the 7th annual Archers against Cancer, with proceeds going to the Gene Goodreau Patient Assistance Fund.

Sunday marks the 14th annual Trot to the Beach, with proceeds going to the Blenheim Youth Center and the Word of Life Soup Kitchen.

Progressive Ford is offering test drives of their vehicles, and for every test drive, $20 will be donated to programming at the high school.
