The Shell gas station on Dufferin Avenue will undergo an expansion, as it will add a fast food outlet that will include a drive-through lane that will go behind the building.
There has been no indication yet about what type of fast food restaurant will go in the addition.
Council approved a bylaw amendment on Monday night to allow the drive-through lane and the site not having the minimum parking spots that are usually required.
