Shirley’s Creamed Potatoes

  • 6 potatoes
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • Sat and pepper, to taste

Peel and slice potatoes. Add sliced onion. Cook until tender.

Sauce: Melt margarine, add flour and seasoning. Stir until combined. Add milk and cook until smooth, stirring constantly. Pour over the potatoes and onions.
