Stealing items from the TSC, fighting with the loss prevention officer all while having meth in his pocket went about as well as could be expected for a 32-year-old man Tuesday.
Officers were called to Ascot Court in Chatham with reports of the man acting suspiciously.
Police say upon investigation, it was learned the man had made off with some items from the St. Clair St store, and some aggressive actions caused the employee to back off and let him go.
The man was arrested and upon being searched was found to be in possession of the drugs.
He was released with a future court date.
