Lake Erie Shoreline erosion is the topic of conversation at two meetings at the Erieau fire hall from 2-4 and 6-8pm today.
The two meetings are the preliminary part of a detailed study into studying the challenges of living and working near Lake Erie in Chatham-Kent.
The study is made up of two halves, the first will model the effects of climate change on ice and costal storms, the second is evaluating shoreline challenges and threats to flooded communities, and beach erosion.
Both sessions today cover the same ground, and include a question and answer period.
