Officers responded to a Madonna Crescent home Monday afternoon. Authorities say two brothers were arguing when one allegedly attacked the other. Investigators say the accused was also wanted on an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court relating to a charge of uttering threats.
The 35-year-old was held at police headquarters for a bail hearing, and has been charged with failing to attend court for fingerprints, two counts of assault with a weapon, two counts of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and three counts of uttering threats.
