Six Drivers Warned, 1 Charged in Super Bowl RIDE Check

It seems Chatham-Kent drivers were being on their best behaviour – for the most part – as they celebrated Super Bowl Sunday.

Chatham-Kent Police had RIDE spot checks set up in Wallaceburg, Tilbury, Chatham, and Blenheim with a total of 326 vehicles stopped.

Six drivers were given a warning for the Highway Traffic Act offences.

One driver, a 43-year-old Windsor man, was charged with impaired driving.
