Lambton OPP have released details about another arrest in connection to human remains found on Walpole Island.
The remains were found March 17th and later identified as 25-year-old Oyebode Oyenuga, who was reported missing from Windsor in early February.
This past August, the OPP and Chatham-Kent Police arrested a 36-year-old Erieau man with trafficking a firearm, weapon, or ammunition.
Authorities say the details of the arrest weren’t released to the public at the time to protect the integrity of the ongoing investigation.
In all, six people have been charged in the case, including four with first degree murder, and another with being an accessory after the fact.
