There will be lots of smiles at local Tim Hortons over the next week.
Today marks the start of the annual Smile Cookie campaign, with 100% of proceeds from each Smile Cookie purchased in Chatham, Wallaceburg, and Dresden going towards the Children’s Treatment Centre Foundation.
Tim Hortons in Blenheim, Bothwell, Thamesville, Ridgetown, and Mill Street in Tilbury are supporting the Chatham-Kent Student Nutrition Program, and proceeds from Smile Cookies purchased at the eastbound 401 On Route near Tilbury will benefit Big Brothers-Big Sisters of Chatham-Kent.
Since 1996, over $77-million has been raised across North America for various charities and community groups.
