Tim Hortons in Dresden and Chatham have raised thousands of dollars to support local initiatives in the community.
The Holiday Smile Cookie Campaign was held last month at the 10 Tim Hortons locations in Chatham, raising $19,723 for the Chatham Goodfellows No Child Without a Christmas campaign.
The fundraiser was wrapped up with cheque presentation at the Lacroix Street restaurant Wednesday morning.
Another $2,782 was also raised at the Tim Hortons in Dresden, which will support the Dresden Sidestreets Youth Centre.
The Holiday Smile Cookie campaign ran from November 17 to November 23 across Canada, with the proceeds from the sale of the white chocolate sugar cookies with red and green sprinkles being donated to charities and community groups across Canada.
