Snowmobile Crash Claims a Wallaceburg Resident’s Life

A tragic weekend on the road just north of Wallaceburg.

Lambton OPP were called to a single-vehicle collision involving what police describe as a motorized snow vehicle, near Highway 40 and Holt Line shortly after 9 o’clock Friday night.

Authorities say the lone rider, a 36-year-old Wallaceburg resident, was taken to hospital, where they were pronounced dead. At this point, the police have not released the victim’s name.
