An aggressive confrontation in Chatham has landed a local man with charges.
According to Chatham-Kent Police, the accused went up to a Canterbury Street homeowner Monday morning and without provocation, threatened them.
The accused was found a short distance away and has been charged with uttering threats.
Authorities say the 29-yaer-old was released from custody with conditions and a September court date.
