Most municipal buildings and services are will be shut down on Monday in honour of Family Day.
The list of closures on Monday includes municipal service centres, transfer stations, garbage pick-up and CK Transit buses.
Arenas will be open with a number of family skates planned, as well free family swimming is being offered at the Sydenham Pool and Gable Rees Pool in Blenheim.
Libraries will remain open, along with the Thames Art Gallery and Chatham-Kent Museum.
As far as health care services go, emergency rooms at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance in Chatham and Wallaceburg will remain open 24 hours a day, but routine services like X-rays, EKG, and ultrasounds won’t be operating on Monday.
