
Falling asleep in the wrong bed has resulted in charges for a Chatham-Kent man.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers were called to a home on King Street East on Monday shortly before 4 p.m., after the victim found a man asleep in her bed.
While the man was a relative, the victim asked him to leave, which he eventually did.
Officers located and arrested the accused after he was located on King Street East.
As a result, the 28-year-old Chatham-Kent man is charged with unlawfully being in a dwelling. He has since been released with conditions and a future court date.
