A family dispute between a father and son has resulted in an assault charge.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers were called to a home on Pearl Street in Tilbury at around 2:15 p.m. on Monday regarding the dispute.
Authorities said a physical altercation took place between a father and son, which resulted in the son suffering a minor injury.
As a result, a 36-year-old Tilbury man was arrested and charged with assault causing bodily harm. He was later released from custody with conditions and a future court date.
