Local residents should be able to sample some of Chatham’s newest beer within the next month.
Colin Chrysler is the Lead brewer at the Sons of Kent, and says things are moving along well with a few different types of beer now in production.
“The back of house component of our brewery is finished, from there we are hoping to get the front of house concept finished in the next few weeks,” says Chrysler. “Which includes the retail component where you’ll be able to come in, buy a six pack, fill a growler, taste a sample.”
Chrysler says while all the major work on the building is now complete, they’re already looking into expanding as the year goes on.
