Tonight marks the first in a series of information meetings to help those looking at organizing special events in Chatham-Kent.
The in-person event will give organizers an opportunity to meet with municipal staff, get paper copies of application forms, and learn more about the application process as a whole.
Each session also includes a question and answer period.
Tonight’s meeting runs from 7 until 9pm in the Red Line Room at Thames Campus Arena in Chatham.
Similar sessions are being held tomorrow from 6:30-8:30pm at the Blenheim Arena, and Thursday from 6:30-8:30pm at Wallaceburg Memorial Arena.
