The province is moving ahead with plans to increase speed limits on certain stretches of highway in Ontario.
Transportation Minister Caroline Mulroney says starting Thursday, limits on the 402 form London to Sarnia will be bumped up to 110 kilometres an hour.
The pilot project also includes the QEW between St Catherines and Hamilton, and the 417 in the Ottawa area.
