Whipping through Dover Township has landed a local man with charges.
A member of the Chatham-Kent Police traffic unit was on patrol on Jacob Road yesterday morning when they spotted a vehicle racing past.
The 28-year-old man behind the wheel, who was clocked going 128 kilometres an hour in an 80 zone, was handed a $353 fine.
