A 53-year-old Chatham man is facing charges after he was tagged doing almost double the limit on Merlin Road Wednesday.
Police say he was travelling northbound at 150km/h in an 80 around 11 o’clock last night.
He will appear in Ontario Court of Justice on January 2, 2019 to answer to the charge.
The driver’s licence has been suspended and the vehicle impounded for a period of seven days, as per statute.
