An eastern Ontario man is facing charges after being pulled over on the 401 in Chatham-Kent.
Provincial Police spotted a speeding vehicle heading westbound just before 8:30 Tuesday evening.
Authorities say the driver was found to be violating previous release conditions and was taken into custody without incident.
The 39-year-old from Napean has been charged with failing to comply with a release order and speeding.
He was held in custody for a bail hearing.
