Chatham-Kent police report a 25 year old woman had a busy day Tuesday.
In the morning, officers were called about an unwanted woman at a Chatham property.
They say she spit at an employee and ran away. Police located her and say she spit at them as well, and continued to spit in the back of the cruiser. The vehicle was taken out of service and she was charged with mischief and two counts of assault.
Then, the woman showed up at the police station just before midnight and was belligerent and spitting again, and allegedly pulled a fire alarm while leaving.
This time the charges included causing a false fire alarm, mischief under $5000, and assault police.
