Friday was a big day for the Splash Pad in Wallaceburg. Not only did they turn on the water for the season so the kids could play, they also made it rain.
A barbecue at the Southwest Regional Credit Union on McNaughton Ave helped the committee hit their magic number.
They raised $ 2000.00 dollars to help pay off the original installation of the pad.
