Charges have been laid following an investigation into intimate partner violence in Wheatley.
Elgin OPP responded to a disturbance the morning of August 27.
A 39-year-old man was arrested and has since been charged with half a dozen charges, including spousal assault, domestic mischief, and two counts of uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.
The accused was released on an undertaking and will be back in court next week.
