The St. Clair Catholic District School Board has listed the former Monsignor Uyen Catholic School for sale.
The 4.5 acre property which housed the former school closed in June of this year and had been declared surplus. It was not chosen by the approved list of public sector agencies which is the first step of the sale process.
The property at 255 Lark Street will now have a request for offers from the public.
