30-year-old Jason Board of Chatham has been arrested after some stolen tools turned up at a local pawn shop.
A construction company called police after tools, including a 450 dollar drill, were stolen from a work site.
Through investigation police identified Board. He’s been charged with theft, and possession of stolen property.
