Stolen Vehicle Recovered In Chatham

An investigation is ongoing after a vehicle that had been stolen in London was recovered in Chatham.

The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers were in the area of Grey Street shortly before 4 p.m. on Tuesday when they located the vehicle, which had been reported stolen by the London Police Service.

While searching the vehicle, officers uncovered multiple items for a local store that had also been stolen.

CK police have notified the registered owner of the vehicle and all of the stolen merchandise has since been returned to the store.
