Stories and Stones at the Sydenham Curling Club

A special treat for kids in Wallaceburg over the March Break,

The Chatham-Kent Public Library is teaming up with the Sydenham Curling Club to offer a March Break Learn to Curl storytime.

The program will run at the Sydenham Curling Club with an interactive storytime followed by a chance for kids to learn some curling basics on the ice with an SCC Little Rocks instructor.

The Learn to Curl storytime will take place on March 12 from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm, and is geared toward children ages five to eight. Only children over the age of five, with a signed waiver, will be permitted on the ice. Children who are going on the ice must have clean indoor shoes and a helmet.

Activities will be available for younger siblings or those who do not want to go on the ice.
