An unexpected visitor caused a bit of a commotion at a Chatham home.
Shortly before 2 o’clock Friday afternoon, police were called after a Taylor Avenue resident arrived home to find a man sleeping in a chair inside his house.
Authorities say the suspect woke up and left, but was later found and arrested for being unlawfully in a dwelling.
The 45-year-old was released from police custody with conditions and a future court date.
