STUNT DRIVING CHARGES NEAR SCHOOL BUS, SHOPLIFTING IN THE ‘BURG, DEAD BODY FOUND IN WINDSOR ALLEY & MORE

 

A DANGEROUS SITUATION IN CHATHAM THIS MORNING WHEN POLICE SAY A MAN ZOOMED THROUGH A 60 KILOMETRE AN HOUR ZONE DOING 118 KILOMETRES AN HOUR…WHILE A BUS WAS PICKING UP SCHOOL KIDS. C-K POLICE JUST HAPPENED TO BE THERE AT THE TIME AND NABBED HIM. THE 35 YEAR OLD CHATHAM MAN LOSES HIS BMW,  AND HIS LICENSE FOR A WEEK, AND IS FACING CHARGES OF STUNT DRIVING AND FAILING TO STOP FOR A SCHOOL BUS.

A WALPOLE ISLAND MAN HAS A COURT DATE IN JULY AFTER POLICE SAY HE TRIED TO SHOPLIFT A PAIR OF EAR BUDS AT THE SHOPPERS IN WALLACEBURG WEDNESDAY EVENING. POLICE WERE CALLED AFTER AN EMPLOYEE CLAIMS THEY SAW THE MAN UNWRAP THEM AND TRY TO HIDE THEM IN HIS PANTS. HE IS CHARGED WITH THEFT UNDER 5,000.

2 ELECTRICAL WORKERS FOUND A MANS BODY IN AN ALLEY IN WINDSOR THIS MORNING AND THE HOMICIDE SQUAD HAS TAKEN OVER THE INVESTIGATION. THEY SAY THE MANS BODY WAS FOUND NEAR AYLMER AND BRANT STREET TODAY. THE CORNER HAS BEEN CALLED IN AND THEY ARE ASKING FOR THE PUBLIC’S HELP ON THIS ONE. NO NAME YET ON THE VICTIM.

A 21 YEAR OLD MAN HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH FIRST DEGREE MURDER IN CONNECTION WITH THE STABBING DEATH OF A 12 YEAR OLD BOY AT A DOWNTOWN TORONTO HOTEL EARLY WEDNESDAY. ALL POLICE ARE SAYING IT THAT IT WAS A FAMILY SITUATION THAT LED TO THE STABBING. THE MURDER TOOK PLACE AT THE CAMBRIDGE SUITES AT RICHMOND AND VICTORIA AROUND 6 A.M.
