An arrest has been made in connection to a summer melee.
Chatham-Kent Police launched an investigation following an assault on June 30th during which five men allegedly attacked another, causing what police describe as grievous bodily harm.
This past Saturday, officers were called to a disturbance on A.D. Shadd Road in North Buxton and say one of the parties involved had an outstanding warrant in connection to the June incident.
The 28-year-old North Buxton man was arrested for assault causing bodily harm and taken to police headquarters. He was released with conditions and a future court date.
