Chatham-Kent has launched a new survey to help address challenges faced by the local workforce.
The Chatham-Kent Workforce Planning Board (CKWPB) recently released its annual online EmployerOne Survey, which asks local employers about workforce challenges and successes in 2024/2025, as well as projections for 2025/2026.
The survey, which takes around 20 minutes to complete, aims to build a stronger local workforce by sharing evolving on-the-ground insights.
The results will be shared with the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development, the CKWPB, and local stakeholders. It will also be shared at the CKWPB Forum in March 2026.
