A Windsor man has been arrested following a gas theft in Tilbury.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said a man attended a gas station on Mill Street West in Tilbury on September 26, pumped a quantity of fuel, and drove off without paying.
Following an investigation, officers identified a suspect and an arrest warrant was issued.
The suspect, a 33-year-old Windsor man, attended police headquarters in Chatham on Wednesday and was taken into custody for theft.
He was later released with conditions and a November court date.
