Charges have been laid against a Port Lambton Man, found sitting in a running vehicle on Claymore Line.
Chatham-Kent Police came across the vehicle shortly after 2:30 Wednesday morning and suspected the man behind the wheel was impaired by alcohol.
Authorities say the accused refused to take a road-side screening test and was arrested.
The 21-year-old has since been charged with failure or refusal to comply with a demand. He was later released from custody with a date in court next month.
