A Wallaceburg man is facing impaired driving charges after being pulled over on Highway 40.
Members of the Lambton OPP received a report of a potentially drunk driver late Tuesday afternoon. The vehicle was found near Rokeby Line and stopped.
A 30-year-old from Wallaceburg has arrested and is now facing several charges, including driving while impaired by alcohol and drugs, driving with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit, and dangerous driving.
The accused was issued a 90-day license suspension and had his vehicle impounded for seven days.
He was released from custody with a date in court next month.
