Charges have been laid against a Wallaceburg woman, accused of stealing from a business in Pain Court.
Chatham-Kent Police were initially called about the theft from the Winter Line Road business on May 19th. With the help of video surveillance, investigators were able to identify a suspect, eventually issuing a warrant for her arrest.
Sunday afternoon, officer spotted the accused driving on Bruce Street in Wallaceburg and the woman was taken into custody.
The 26-year-old is now charged with one count of theft and released with a date in court next month.
