The South Wallaceburg Action Team is making great strides in the community. 
After their launch event earlier this month, the group heard residents’ concerns and took action.
Co-Chair Lori Turner says one of the concerns is already being resolved.
“There’s been some concerns in the parks,” Turner says. “There’s a park that’s between Bruce and King and one of the grandparents thought we needed some hoops, and so that’s already being addressed.”
Turner also says some residents are divided on the new LED street lights, so discussions about that are ongoing.
Their next public meeting is February 6th.
