• 3 qt. ground cucumbers
  • 1 qt. Onions
  • 1 qt. white vinegar
  • 8 cups white sugar
  • 2 tsp. celery seed
  • 2 tsp. mustard seed
  • 1 tsp. turmeric

Sprinkle pickling salt over cucumbers and onions. Let stand overnight. Drain and add; vinegar, white sugar, celery seed, mustard seed and turmeric. Simmer 15 minutes
